We are looking for an
Education expert for our team Capacity & Community Building
at the earliest possible date, as a full-time position at our head office in Gräfelfing near Munich.
Your tasks
- Support the development of innovative didactic blended learning concepts
- Support with conception and creation of target group-oriented content
- In-house production of e-learning units with authoring tools (Moodle, Rise)
- Creation of video, audio and image material as well as presentations
- Organization of international training courses in various formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online etc.)
- Support of our online learning platform, https://academy.naturland.org/
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree in educational studies with a focus on e-learning; cultural or environmental sciences with a focus on mediation; media sciences with a focus on education/didactics; or have a comparable qualification and at least two years of professional experience.
- You have sound methodological and didactic knowledge of the conception and practical experience in the creation of digitally supported learning content as well as authoring tools or learning management systems.
- Ideally, you have experience or knowledge in the field of agriculture or can empathize with the world of farmers and identify with organic farming.
- You speak fluent English. Other languages (Spanish/Italian) are an advantage.
- You have intercultural communication skills, are creative and like to contribute your own ideas.
- You work independently and in a results-oriented manner and are a real team player.
