Employee Project Administration (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Responsible for project administration (70% of full-time position)
    -Management of internal administrative processes (reporting, controlling of project expenditure) 
    -Overall responsibility for compliance with project requirements during project implementation; contact person for colleagues’ requests 
    -Coordination of tenders within the framework of funded projects
    -Link between project management team, accounting and other teams 
    -Introduction and support of a project management software
    -Training of staff in the area of project administration
    -Internal communication on projects

  • Management of EU project (30% of full-time position)
    -Coordination of project activities (together with other teams at Naturland e.V.) 
    -Coordination of project reports (technical and financial)
    -Responsible for compliance with project requirements

Your Profile

  • University degree or other relevant education
  • Several years (at least 4 years) of professional experience in the field of project administration and finance with relevant funding agencies (BMZ/GIZ and EU)
  • Experience with project management software (asana) desired
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good written and oral communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent, accurate and goal-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team
