23/05/10 - For our Capacity & Community Building team in Gräfelfing near Munich, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible.
Naturland - Association for Organic Agriculture e.V. is the largest international association for organic agriculture. Coordinator (m/f/d) for our international Naturland Academy
Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for the running of the Academy
- Coordination of the Academy Steering Committee and Advisory Group
- Conception & quality assurance of the educational activities -> Planning of the annual programme
- Further development of the content and didactics of the existing educational offers
- Development of new continuing education and training concepts based on needs analyses
- Establishment and expansion of internal and external networks as well as the development of cooperation with partners, associations, and other education providers
- External representation of the Academy including public relations
- Performance measurement, evaluation, and reporting
- Financial planning and controlling incl. acquisition and management of public funding and donations
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the fields of (social) education, adult education, economics or a comparable qualification
- Sound experience in education and training in the field of agricultural/scientific topics, ideally also internationally
- Several years of professional experience in adult education, event know-how an advantage
- Distinct knowledge especially in the field of competence development or training management, trainer or coaching training an advantage
- Strong organisational and coordination skills as well as experience in designing, controlling, and optimizing processes
- Identification with the values of organic farming
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and other languages desirable
- Independent and self-reliant action as well as a careful and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to work, innovative spirit, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
