Contentmanager (m/f/d) for our international Naturland Academy
23/06/26 - For our Capacity & Community Building team in Graefelfing near Munich, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible.
Naturland - Association for Organic Agriculture e.V. is the largest international association for organic agriculture. With 125,000 farmers, beekeepers, and fish farmers in more than 60 countries around the world, we stand for the fact that ecological, social, and fair management is a successful project worldwide.

Contentmanager (m/f/d) for our international Naturland Academy
Your tasks
- Technical supervision and coordination of international educational activities, projects and project proposals
- Technical support for the Academy content experts and freelancers
- Capacity development and training of actors and organisations in organic agriculture
- Establishment and coordination of a network of Naturland demo plots and farms
- Creation of educational and training units, learning content and materials (in English and other languages)
- Technical assessments, conceptualisation and evaluations for relevant topics regarding organic farming, standards etc.
- Development and implementation of international symposia, seminars, conferences and continuing education programmes in various formats (presence, hybrid, online, etc.).
- Coordination & implementation of educational activities in projects as short-term expert
- Drafting and revising professional publications
Your Profile
- Successfully completed agricultural studies with additional qualification in adult education as well as practical experience in the fields of organic agriculture or horticulture
- In-depth knowledge of the cultivation of different (also tropical/subtropical) crops, best practice cultivation, climate resilience, etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of adult education and/or development cooperation, ideally also internationally
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and Spanish/French/Italian desirable
- Willingness to work, innovative spirit, initiative, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
