ESC Volunteer (m/f/d)
23/08/14 - For our Capacity & Community Building team in Graefelfing near Munich, we are looking for a full-time volunteer to start as soon as possible.
Naturland - Association for Organic Agriculture e.V. is the largest international association for organic agriculture. With 125,000 farmers, beekeepers, and fish farmers in more than 60 countries around the world, we stand for the fact that ecological, social, and fair management is a successful project worldwide.
We are looking for a
Volunteer to support the department “International Capacity & Community Building” (m/f/d)
This is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC).
Your tasks
- You will contribute to shaping the communication towards and between international members, and assist with communication tools like Website and Newsletter as well as the creation of tools to share information between members and along the value chains and the organization.
- You will participate in international and European events and fairs.
- You will contribute to developing the Naturland Academy, an on-site and online training concept based on the train-the-trainer principle and declined and adapted to different cultures and languages.
- You will do background research on topics related to organic farming, fair trade, organic regulation and aquaculture, climate change adaptation strategies, sustainability, biodiversity etc.
Your Profile
- You are between 18 and 27 years old and from a country in the EU.
- You’re interested in sustainable and organic agriculture.
- You have a sound knowledge of English. Spanish and/or Italian and German will be an advantage.
- You have good communication skills and you are a creative person.
- You are interested in learning or already have knowledge in the areas of social media or newsletter

How to apply
