EcoAgtube: A “YouTube” for farmers and social entrepreneurs worldwide

When it comes to sharing our message, Naturland Academy relies on EcoAgtube. You might be wondering why we do not go for YouTube, but for us, the reasons are clear.

A non-profit project to support sustainable agroecology and rural entrepreneurship

EcoAgtube isn't just another video-sharing platform; it's a dynamic hub for those passionate about ecological agriculture and sustainable development who recognize the close link between healthy ecosystems, healthy earth and healthy people. An initiative of Access Agriculture, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting agroecology and rural entrepreneurship, EcoAgtube seeks to support a more circular economy by eliminating waste and regenerating natural systems.

From Albanian to Zulu, plant health to business skills

What sets EcoAgtube apart is its commitment to diversity and accessibility. It's an open access video platform that speaks to a global audience while showcasing local practices in a multitude of languages. From north to south, east to west, and everywhere in between, EcoAgtube offers inspiration and solutions tailored to diverse contexts. The topics reange from “business skills” to “food security” and “agricultural practice”. All videos are well-categorized and tagged, so that users can search and filter content easily.

Knowledge sharing and quality control

But EcoAgtube isn't just about sharing knowledge – it's about sparking inspiration, fostering engagement and empowering communities. After registering, anyone can upload and share videos from their field of expertise. Despite its accessibility, videos undergo moderation to ensure that they align with the platform's ethos, excluding any references to agrochemicals or GMOs. And unlike other very popular video platforms, EcoAgtube offers a curated ecosystem, making it easier to find relevant content amidst the sea of information.

EcoAgtube has the power to connect farmers and social entrepreneurs worldwide in their quest for sustainable practices in the food and agricultural system. We at the Naturland Academy have chosen this platform to host our videos because we believe in being part of a community of changemakers. We invite our members and users to explore this wealth of knowledge and join us in creating a sustainable future. Users can normally find our videos at our Naturland Academy platform but will be automatically linked to our project-channel at EcoAgtube to get the chance to explore this community.

So be part of the movement towards a more sustainable agricultural future and take a look at the Naturland Academy channel on EcoAgtube.
