24/01/02 - For our team Capacity & Community Building, we are looking for an event coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Gräfelfing near Munich.

We are looking for an
Event Coordinator for our team Capacity & Community Building

at the earliest possible date, as a full-time position at our head office in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Your tasks

  • Organisation, conception and coordination of internal and external events as well as member events
  • Planning, coordination, realisation and follow-up of international trade fair appearances
  • Seminar support for Naturland Academy (further education and training): Coordination with trainers and participants; if necessary organisation of catering, room and media up to invoicing and certificate production
  • Administrative activities in the event sector

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies in the field of event management
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and Spanish/French/Italian desirable
  • Commitment, innovative spirit, initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel, also on weekends if necessary
